A new residential area is being established adjacent to the Carmel Market area near the sea, that is going to change the neighborhood’s character – traditional Tel Aviv on the one hand and on the other modern and luxurious living.
The building, which is planned to incorporate a luxury hotel together with high-end residential units, will have 35 floors and contain about 100 apartments.
