A residential building that overlooks the entire coastline on the Bat Galim Promenade, first line [frontline] to the sea. The building was designed so that every apartment overlooks the Mediterranean.
The Gliks Group was part of an assembly of entrepreneurs who saw potential in the Bat Galim neighborhood. Following the entry of the investor group into the neighborhood, many projects followed which made the area attractive for young families and students.
